I think we have all experienced how an organizational culture directly influences knowledge management within the project context. Yazici indicates that an organization’s investment in project management methodology as well as constantly assessing their cultural orientation and adjusting as necessary can lead to greater employee satisfaction. Yazici’s study indicated, “that organizational culture has a significant influence on project performance and the long-term success of organizations” (Yazici, 2009).
