For someone like me who works in healthcare project management and is inundated with acronyms on a daily basis, this advice from Dave Wakeman really hits home. I’ve actually gone so far as to create a dictionary of sorts that sits on my desktop for easy referral.  An essential focus of project management is communication – clear and concise communication which easily gets a point across. The use of jargon can shift focus from essential goals and muddy the waters. What language is used in your business environment that you perceive as useless and annoying?
