Ivančić, Vukšić, & Spremić state that, “digital transformation can be comprehended as a continuous process of climbing the scale of digital maturity by employing digital and other technologies along with organizational practices to create a digital culture. Ultimately, this maturity will enable the company to provide better services, gain competitive advantage, and effectively respond to actions in a complex environment” (Ivančić, Vukšić, & Spremić, 2019).  Digital technologies have radically transformed project management, as well: they have fostered changes in methodologies such as agile project management approaches, and transformed the way project teams interact and communicate.
